Zarbo serves its classic number ‘Get Up and Dance’ from the ‘80s with a fresher and more attractive makeover of electronic dance and house resonance.
Ihave been a huge fan of the pop-rock trip from Canada called Zarbo that was formed in the ‘80s. Their newest release ‘Get Up and Dance’ is actually an old number released back in the days revamped with an exceptional EDM mix revitalizing its charismatic charms. The remixed number is bound to give the listener a fresher and vibrant feel to the captivating vibe of the original one. The influences of the legends like The Beatles, Earth Wind & Fire, , Queen, and Radiohead combined with more contemporary Pharrell Williams, David Guetta, Pearl Jam, and Cage the Elephant are highly opulent in the song.
Revived by the founder of the group, Zarbo now operates with the sole member Alexander Zarbo who has released the EDM versions of the 1980 songs which were on the original album A-Z Collection. Their latest release ‘Get Up and Dance (Electro Remix)’ offers a glimpse of their boundless artistry under the production house Zed Records. The addictive and exuberant EDM and house beats of the song kept tempting me to the dancefloor. Follow the band on Spotify, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram watch out for their EDM version of Correction In Direction dropping in November and the LP Hindsight is 20/20 One soon with the announcement of their tour-dates.
