Before Robert Day and Hoosier Blue came into existence, Robert Day, who was born in 1958 in Indiana got affiliated with music from an early age. He created his band in 1991 and there has been no looking back since. With his band, he accomplished some of his biggest feats in his career and numerous shows around the world. The project has 3 albums to its name two of which concern contemporary blues while the other perceives smooth jazz. Although he is officially on a hiatus right now, music, especially blues continues to be an important part of his life as he hopes to return to the industry yet again with a bang.
