Artist Bebe Rexha has recently released her newest single, ‘Sabotage’ beautifully portraying various themes and personal debacles. Alongside that, she has also announced the details of her forthcoming second album, Better Mistakes.
The song is a captivating passage through the various undulations of personal trials and tribulations and how self-sabotage can be the end of many things in life. The singer-songwriter based out of New York also revealed her upcoming record’s title, artwork, and release date on May 7 on her official social media channels. The artist took to her social media platforms to confirm the news of the new song release and its release date on April 16.
Rexha’s caption for the song’s cover art said, “One more surprising since it doesn’t seem like you all can wait any longer for this one… #SABOTAGE out Friday!”
The artist, who has also been nominated for a Grammy previously announced that she would be delaying the release date of her new album but also assured her fans that it is the best project that she has ever been a part of.
“I can not wait for you to hear it. It’s just that we don’t feel like it’s right to release an album during these times,” the singer shared. “As soon as The world is in a better place we will release it all [sic]. We are just waiting for when the time feels right. I promise you it is worth the wait.”
Better Mistakes comes after her debut album Expectations which came out in 2018. The album received a 4-star review from NME. She also revealed in February that she has been working on a demo for BTS. “I’m just writing an idea for them,” she explained.
