Dua Lipa got separated from her relationship and etched out the brilliant number ‘We’re Good’. This track is the first one that she came out with this year. It is the lead track from the sophomore album titled Future Nostalgia from the Moonlight Edition. Lipa is seen performing on a cruise ship at a restaurant in the accompanying video of the track. In the restaurant, live lobsters are ordered by diners that are served after cooking. The theme of the song is about freeing oneself without getting captivated and trapped in a relationship. In one of the surprise twists in the plot, the fates of the lobsters and cruisers take a turn as things are not meant to be. She sings on with the lines ‘Not gonna judge you when you’re with somebody else,’ and ‘As long as you swear you won’t be pissed when I do it myself/Let’s end it like we should and say we’re good.’
The original tracks from her sophomore LP and the new number ‘We’re Good’ are included as part of Future Nostalgia (The Moonlight Edition). It also features the other new tracks ‘That Kind of Woman’ and ‘If It Ain’t Me’. The remixed version of Lipa’s second album ‘Club Future Nostalgia’ was released last summer.
