UK rapper slowthai and A$AP Rocky have teamed up in the latest track ‘MAZZA’. The track appears in the former’s forthcoming album ‘TYRON’ that will be released on 5th February.
They shared the official music video of the track and created a huge stir among the listeners.
In the video clip, both of the artists could be seen in a strange and constantly warping hotel room with their faces distorted with filters.
The sophomore album ‘TYRON’ follows recent tracks like ‘nhs’ and ‘feel away’ featuring James Blake and Mount Kimbie. It is slowthai’s second LP after ‘Nothing Great About Britain’ in 2019.
As the fanatics are eagerly waiting for the upcoming album release, slowthai shared a note to assure his listeners that ‘TYRON’ will release on 5th February as it was scheduled.
The new national lockdown in the UK due to the rising cases of covid cases is becoming the main obstacle for the promotion. However, the album will release through all the major streaming platforms.
The artist wrote, “Me and my team had a conversation about pushing back TYRON due to the national lockdown and not being able to bring to life all the ideas we had planned for you all but I cannot allow this virus to keep holding us back.”
